Downloading Issues
When i download the voucher plus attachment it looks like it processed correctly but then there is no file. It downloads an empty zip drive

Vouchers not accessible to be submitted
Michael Pirron has an error message and cannot view vouchers. It says he needs permission to view them but the settings say he has permission to view vouchers.
